Buttons!

I love buttons! Having a good rummage through some of the little gems I have 'acquired' over the years, reminded me of the happy times I had looking through my Mum's selection. Many of these came from my Grandmother's day, every one a precious memory of loved garments long since passed on. The fabrics may fade but the buttons live on to fight another day.

As I am getting into the Kanzashi making gig, I am finding myself trawling through the local charity shops in search of good, vintage fabric and, of course, buttons!
