Zombie Koala

This is an Indri, a large lemur that was in a National Park in the rainforest near where we are staying in Andasibe. Lots of chameleons on the walk in to find these lemurs but I had to blip the Indri. One of the most amazing things was being in amongst a group of them and they started their call. I videoed a bit of it but it just doesn't do it justice. I was absolutely spellbound and it was a spine tingling experience for me. Just the same sort of feeling I had spending some time with the Gorillas.

I have to say though that they look like a zombie koala but they are now my favourite lemur. Yes, I am really really really fickle.
