Eidfjord

We sailed the length of the Hardangerfjord overnight and we are docked in the pretty village of Eidfjord. We sail early afternoon and will see the return journey in daylight.

It's rained hard and looks set to continue. From time to time the sun sparkles through and we've had some spectacular rainbows. On this cruise it really feels as though we've found the pot of gold.

I took some shots as I pottered through this tiny hamlet. We're right at the end of the season and it is so tranquil.
