A day that would have been better if I'd gone back to bed and started again ! One of tomorrow's blks a bit lame so had to take him off the slats and onto a straw court to recover ( hopefully)
Then the cattle had smashed some of the wooden rails under a feed barrier so I had to replace that before I could reverse the silage feeder up the passage. Once that was done discovered the said feeder now had a flat tyre. By the time I got it off and away to Haddington to get repaired it was mid afternoon. So another day of chasing my tail again.
Spring must be here as the road side daffodils have come out in force. They don't usually last long as passing folk help them selves for Mother's Day or Easter. Far cheaper than going to the shops ! And you can look at the lovely wee lambs while doing it.
