What A Demon!

I collect masks. Ideally I like ones that are used or have been used as part of dramatic performances. This is the one I brought back this time from India. It portrays a demon, evil and scary.

I couldn't get any information that confirmed this sort of mask was ever worn by actors. It is more likely to have been worn at a festival procession. My masks mostly are in our conservatory so maybe they will scare off unwanted visitors.
