Spot of bother

Due to renew my passport soon and my bus pass runs out tomorrow - time to get new photos.
The machine wouldn't take the new £5 note whichever way I inserted it.  Accepted 4 £1 coins and rejected the 5th (possible dud!).  Fortunately I had two 50ps in my purse. Eventually got head and eyes in the right place and then had to await the outcome.  Not as bad as my nearly 10 year old passport as it does look a bit more like the present day me (unfortunately!)
After all that I had a comparitively relaxing session in the dentist chair for a check up.
Tomorrow meeting up with two friends for lunch to discuss our forthcoming holiday in Corfu - now THAT will be relaxing.
