What It Says On The Label

That's my meals for today, prior to tomorrow's fast, laxative and colonoscopy. Such an appetising name; "Clearthrough."  Surely they could have come up with something a bit less graphic than that. Meager, too. I'm starving and absolutely dying for a cup of tea; I think I have an inkling of what smokers and drinkers go through now.

Still, on the plus side, I got a lot of school work done in the morning and it's been a brilliant day for baseball with both Osaka Toin and hometown team Hotoku winning their respective games.

Roll on tomorrow afternoon and a cup of tea!
