Solo (Reprise)

It was mum and dad's last day of their trip. We went to another temple, then back to have one of their favourite meals in Bangkok, then we had a last few beers before they had to get a taxi to the airport. It had been such a wonderful three weeks in Siem Reap, Penang, Saigon, Koh Lanta and Bangkok. It's been great sharing some of my favourite places (and food) with them.

Then I was back on my own again. I had messed up slightly and had forgotten to book a flight out of Bangkok in time (due to a deadline for a special offer), so I knew I had another week there.
