New Board Member

Today was a full day of Board meetings. Various sessions culminating in the afternoon with the public board meeting where we reviewed the end of year spend, confirmed the budget for the coming year, agreed the business and corporate parenting plan, reviewed what we had been doing since the last board meeting, looked at our partnership activities and agreed our accounting policies. All the papers are on the CHS website for anyone interested.

It was the first meeting for Henry Robson - pictured - who joined the Board at the start of the month. We look forward to working with him over the coming years.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the other two board members who will be joining CHS at the end of June: today was a chance to meet up and to get to know our business. More of them in the future. All bring a wide range of experiences and backgrounds - and the average age of the Board will drop significantly over the summer.
