The wee fella...

...picked tonight's blip. I asked him to look through the photos I had taken today and tell me which one I should post. He picked this one, a selfie of me and his biggest brother, Buncle.

We were out again tonight ticking off another C25K training run. Our first run in the light following the clock change.

After my run I enjoyed a bowl of kale and apple soup that Mr R had made. I do like that soul. He and the other two boys were at Cubs. Es was working at the dining room table while I ate and then while I picked at my guitar for a bit.

Grateful for a productive evening and chats with family.
