A bedridden day today as I have failed to shake off flu like symptoms.

I headed up to the doctors though where I was told it's spread into an ear and throat infection (apparently the inside of my ears looking like a child's ears isn't a good thing). Antibiotics were duly prescribed so hopefully I'm on the mend soon.

On the plus side the doctors is right next to the postbox so I was able to post my ballot paper for the national EIS ballot on industrial action.
