Light and reflection

I am attending a course this week in a hospital that I have accessed for meetings and training on countless occasions yet I have never looked up and seen this structure. You can just make out some small windows and when the sun shines the light reflects on the mirrors. Well its early to bed this evening, 2nd day of course and I'm feeling really tired from the early starts and late finishes, and a sore back from sitting for long periods.
