Beautiful sunny day with signs of spring everywhere but sadly I wasn't in a similar state. .i woke up with painful blocked sinuses, earache and poor hearing . Busy and at times tricky day at work which I just survived! Bought nasal spray but I don't think it's made any difference! Off to bed I think- hope I feel a bit better tomorrow!
