Beautiful birthday bouquet

My friend Jon gave me a beautiful bouquet for my birthday (blipped).

Over the course of the past year Mr hazelh has been busy making me a(nother) blip book. The pdf is now almost ready to send off to be printed. It took me a long time this morning to proof-read it from start to finish.

I spent the rest of the day (mainly) working on the journal article that I started at the end of February.

Exercise today: 30 minute lunchtime run through Victoria and St Mark's parks.
