Happy to be outside again

This morning T and B eartagged the baby calves belonging to this year's breeding heifers and turned them all out to pasture.  The mothers will start producing more milk which the calves need - one has twins and we have had to supplement the smaller of the two with powdered milk.  If the weather turns too wet and cold they will have to come back in again at this time of year but checking on them this evening they were obviously content to be there and all the calves were asleep!
