Morning....
Sun streaked through my garden lighting droplets along the way. A little fantail flitted and chirped excitedly while looking for moths to feast upon. He seems to return round noon and then again round 4pm and sometimes brings a friend with him.
But it was this little Katydid which caught my eye. So vibrant against the sedum flowers, he's less than 1cm in length and hasn't learnt the art of camouflaging as yet. Just quietly and very slowly stepping out with jewels of droplets attached to him. He didn't venture far today, preferring to bask in sunlight after all the rain we've had of late.
Washing was hung out to dry, blue sky above with a few white clouds drifting by.
Tuesday......a day of sun, light breeze with reasonable temperatures, 19C.
