The new racing season is almost upon us after a very long winter.
Today was pre-season test day: the last chance to get everything just right before the first race in a couple of weeks.

I'm still trying to figure our who's who - getting use new bikes, new kit and new colour schemes.
One rider I did spot though was this guy: James (Jim) Purvis on his new Yamaha R6. He raced in the lightweight class (400cc) last year, and he's stepped up to the 600cc class for this season.
He seemed to be getting to grips with the bigger, more powerful bike just fine.
Here's hoping he, and all the riders, have a safe an successful season.

P.S. now that the clocks have changed, and spring has sprung, there will be more bikes out on the roads too, so please keep an eye out for us. We do appreciate it ;-)
