Day by day.

Made a reminder to myself to put next to my bank card. I succumb to loneliness most often, my drinking days tend to be days I don't have work or when my housemates are out. And tiredness is par for the course whilst trying to get sober given how I used booze. Just trying to ride it out.

And today ended up being a day my housemates were unexpectedly out. And I counted the hours till they got back, and then it all fell apart anyway. Proud to say I didn't drink on it.
