Fog after a Glorious Weekend
Wasn't surprised to see fog this morning, the cold start coupled with the warming effect of the sun after the last three days was a sure recipe for the conditions. Sunrise (if it had been visible) has moved to 7:00 am rather than 6 am before the clocks went forward.
An educational day at work, receiving training on the use of a defibrillator we've now stationed in our reception area at work. An interesting statistic is that if someone in ventricular fibrillation can be treated using the machine within 5 minutes, 75% will survive. The graph indicated that every minute counts and the survival statistics drop off at an alarming rate.
