Ambleside and beyond.

Today we awoke to a beautiful sunny day. I rose early to walk by the lake (see today's extra) before we had a delicious breakfast together. Then we set out on a walk which took us up to Loughrigg Fell with wonderful views over the lake and lovely vistas of the distant mountains, still with a little snow.
