Finally

So, kitchen was handed over today! Tomorrow my first students are arriving and they can help me unpack 3 pallets worth of equipment and tools. It's looking amazing. I have a vac packer, hot water bath, ice cream machine, a cooking kenwood mixer, walk in fridge, more mixers a slicer and so many top quality pans, whisks, timers, probes and anything else you can think of which is needed in a kitchen. The students (and me) are so lucky to have all this available. It's all happening now!!
