What's that?

Kibo was distracted by the light!

Went for a run this morning & felt quite good. I do tend to look at the floor quite a bit when I'm running, so I was quite disappointed to find dog mess on my right shoe when I got home!!!

When I went outside later, I found 'the mess' was on the pavement not far from my house. So I was walking when I stepped in it which is when tend to look less at the floor grrr!

This has been happening quite a bit recently, so I need to work out a plan to catch the owner who is allowing their 'small' dog to mess right in the middle of the pavement!

Any ideas?
