MonoMonday #166: (Hunting in the) Open
It's been another rainy day, and as I found out on my way down the hill earlier we have had enough to wash out the newly repaired ford across the kowhai. In the extras you'll see the white water rushing over the new retaining boulders that were supposed to keep all the shingle in place. Er....
After tea I let Jack outside, like you do. Looking up, as he was farnarkling in the undergrowth, I could see five fantails hunting midges in the humid air. So I rushed inside, grabbed the camera and waited until one flew into shot. If you go large you'll probably see the midges!
Thanks to Skeena for hosting this months challenge.
