The beginning of a New Year

Hi Everyone

We have a group of kayakers that paddle through the year and each year we get together for a New Years day paddle on the lake.

The sun was out and the wind was low as you can see but the air temp was about 10 degrees F or -12 Celsius. Don't even ask how cold the water is. Fortunatley the wind did not pick up through the day and the water stayed calm.

A fantastic way to start a new year.
