A bit of help in the garden . . .

A super day on bright sunshine and a sharp breeze.  Lots of washing getting a good blow on the line and a chance to do a bit more in the garden.
Down at the veg patch the hens were out having a scratch about.  They found a nice sunny patch of soil and settled down for a thorough dust bath!  They are beginning to realise that when I’m digging there is a chance of worms or other wriggly things.  I always worry I’ll chop their heads off with the spade, they get so close!  Nice to have a bit of company, Ollie was more interested in the next door cat!
I see this is my 2500th blip - it has taken me nine and a half years as I have missed a good few, but it has been such an important part of my life.  Thanks to Northern for getting me involved in the first place, to Joe and the gang for starting it,  and to the Blipfoto team for ensuring it is still going strong today.
Thanks too to everyone who follows me, comments and leaves stars and hearts in their wake!  It is such a super community to be part of, and means a lot to me.
