It's a Ship out of water!

Spotted this out at sea as I drove up Boulby Bank, what attracted me was the fact that I could see daylight UNDER the ship. obviously it is one intended to stand on the bottom and drill down into the sea bed.
possibly to start Fracking as it doesn't look like the ships being used to erect the wind farms out at sea.
This ship is too close inshore as there would be a loss of wind to drive the Turbines.
