Useless information

Oh how I wish I was back in NYC!!

Why do we get such letters from the council. We have uneven pavement slabs in our courtyard area but the council have written to us all telling us there is nothing they can do but put a sign up making sure people don't trip on them - it would be most helpful if they actually replaced them!
