parkrun on steroids

Every Sunday morning, many of Freetown's population get out and run en masse through the streets of the capital. It is something that has apparently really taken off in recent years without any official organisation. It's wonderful to see. This is the view from my bedroom window just now. I would have joined in, but we are just about to leave for an arduous five hour drive to Kenema. Given the state of the roads here, that will be my workout for the day!
