Fortrose walk

A stunning day and really warm,the perfect day for a tour of Fortrose led by Verity Walker. So interesting finding out snippets of new information and going into a garden to look at a house that was built using stone from the ruined cathedral and seeing hidden bits of history. We looked at  the skulls on the gravestones made easier to see with a sprinkle of water from Verity's handy watering can. It is hoped that a working party will get together to take some of the ideas forward.
All the Spring flowers are bursting into life. We saw bees and butterflies fliitting around.
Tomorrow looks like a nice day too, Fingers crossed :)
