Business Bay

Dubai... where architects have a free hand and buildings take on a personality of their own!

Very early start to the day after a late night! And it is still raining, which is still very welcome! :)

G & I got down to OaSis early and had a great time getting ready; we even had time to teach a couple of songs to whoever was there. Good meeting in a small group. Everyone was much more open and relaxed.

Left there around 12 to race over to the office of the company who have helped us set up our company. I had to handover the company stamp!! They are located in Business Bay, so it wasn't so straightforward getting there. This is mainly because I don't know the area so well and the road system is quite unforgiving if you miss a turn.

The building in my blip has fascinated me for ages, and today for the first time, I got quite close to it. Apologies for the unusual angle and some of the other buildings looking like they're falling in. This tower is located on Happiness Street!

Headed over to Farzan again for Nourouz and ended up staying for several hours, just chatting. G is now in holiday mode so time is not an issue. Think it was almost 5pm that we finally got home! It is still raining on and off and there is a strong breeze... which caused a little challenge at the Dubai World Cup which happened tonight.
