Spring Magic!!

Flowering Currant

A beautiful Spring day, quite warm when you were sheltered from the wind, so spent the morning working in the garden, planting seeds that I'd harvested last Autumn. I've never tried growing seeds from plants in the garden before, so whether they'll germinate or not remains to be see. But I was actually quite lucky to have any seeds at all to plant as I discovered a mouse had found my stash of seeds in the greenhouse, and had been feasting on them through Winter!

Whilst in the garden, I noticed that the first tiny buds of the Flowering Currant have started to open. Spring is starting to work her magic...
