Saturday sunshine

A busy day in the essex sunshine today - a trip to southend market this morning for Giggly Pig sausages, which may have also resulted in me treating myself in HMV and in Waterstones - cos i really need some new books!! 

And then this afternoon we - well, mum and dad with me overseeing operations! - put together the new mini wooden greenhouse! It all went very well until we went to put it where I'd hoped to place it and it seems my measuring skills were sadly lacking on the day I ordered it - oops!! Thankfully we managed to remedy the situation by moving a few other things around so now to fill it up with seedlings - and snails probably!!

The sunshine brought out 2 butterflies to watch us while we worked so I managed to snap this Comma - really hope it is a good year for butterflies this year!
