Prawns on the Barbie!

We went on a Thai cookery course today for Tori's birthday. Spent a wonderful four hours at The Spirit House near Noosa learning to cook some wonderful food.

We were in charge of the Tandoori Prawns with Spinach and Dill Sambal.
