When I was young, which I admit was a very long time ago, I was delighted to receive a box of Dairy Milk & a card. Nowadays you are presented with a list months before the big event and woe betide you miss anything. Unfortunately when you have a daughter you're presented with a list that means absolutely nothing to you. You therefore have to call upon the assistance of many of your female acquaintances to make sense of something you came close to sending to GCHQ to decipher.
