Intern mid year

Had a great day with the interns today. 
They each belong to two 101 teams. These teams are stretch projects for them. For example I look after the Aspire team and the Be Your Future team. The Aspire team try and encourage girls into tech by doing events etc for them.
The be your future team run a blog promoting early in career life at Microsoft. There are several other teams. Each team had present what they had accomplished so far. It was great to hear about all the great work they have done and the impact they have had.
IN the afternoon we arranged a cv workshop for them and a graduate panel to help them come back to us after they graduate.
It was a very inspiring day.
