A balanced diet

Courgetti spaghetti and red, red wine.

The day was a bit of a whirl as I had a big meeting in the morning and a long workshop all afternoon. TSM and I were both a bit blitzed afterwards and had a bad journey home due to accidents and lots of traffic on the back roads. We abandoned plans to go for beer as the local pub was really busy, bought a decent bottle of wine, and made a very easy courgette spaghetti for supper.

The balance in our lives was thus restored. And spiralised veg does look very pretty .... as does a good Rioja ...
