Lazy day today just trying to find some energy for a busy weekend. We are organising a charity event tomorrow to raise money for my son and son-in-law's bike ride to Amsterdam for Prostate Cancer UK. Another friend who also has cancer similar to me has played in a group all his adult life and he and his band, featuring two of his children, have agreed to play at the cricket club for free. So we hope to raise between £600-800 on the night.

So need to be fit for tomorrow.
