CMC 17- Day 24 /FlowerFriday

Went to get some buns and ginger beer that my friend's husband particularly likes then drove over to Leeds to visit them.
As l arrived they were just getting a ramp for his wheelchair fitted and then Steve had the chance to see his garden for the first time this year.
He is a keen gardener and he enjoyed seeing the tulips and daffodils that were putting on a fine display.
His garden is mainly self sustaining thank goodness.
His friend called round so while they ate the buns, l took my friend for a coffee in Chapel Allerton and then l suggested we had a short walk instead if just sitting and chatting.
Shes getting plent of practice of that at the moment.
We went to an area known as Little Switzerland that is kept in beautiful condition by a set of volunteers.
Lots of wild flowers including both blue and white wood anenomies were thriving and so out came the camera.
Back home now and sat in the conservatory enjoying the sun.
Mr P had done two lots of washing and it was lovely to see it drying on the line!
Simple pleasures.
Now off to do a couple of hours of Granny duty.
Thanks to hobbs and Biker Bear for hosting the two challenges.
