Leafy London

I sat for a while in the hope that the sun would come out again, but sadly I'd missed it. The Shard makes a dramatic contribution to the city landscape, dwarfing St Pauls, which is on the right of the picture and almost lost in the mist.
Taken from Ally Pally on what I think must be the last day of the school summer break - a real holiday atmosphere.
