Had an encouraging conversation with David Walker from the GCSS who was responding to the email I sent on Saturday. He's been the most useful person I've spoken to so far. Let's see what he comes up with.

I've also has some encouraging response from the local Councillor who has taken up the issue with the relevant people in the Council.
