H.G Wells.....!!

At the bottom of The Zig Zag Path which descends from Folkestone Leas to the Promenade below is this wooden sculpture complete with an inscription of an H G wells quote:-
"It was one of those hop clear days that Folkestone sees do much of, every colour incredibly bright and every outline sharp"
We were lucky to see exactly what he means...!!
