Catching the Sun: Juxtaposition

Today I'm struck by the juxtaposition of the polite notice about dog fouling, which is a constant source of complaint, and the history of High Royds going back to 1888 when it first opened as West Riding Pauper Lunatic Asylum. This photograph was begging to be taken.
