Becalmed Yacht Race

I went to watch the yachts race tonight, but there wasn't a breath of wind.  In the end, they started up their motors, and headed back to shore.  Very disappointing indeed.

Otherwise I have had a good day.  This morning we played a croquet tournament against Aspiring Village, which we won, a very good effort seeing we lost last year!  Home for lunch, then back for more games of croquet, it was a lovely afternoon, good to be in the out of doors.  I then headed to the lake and got lots of photos of the yachts going nowhere!  Only 1 more week, then the summer yacht racing will be over.
