Paul - Update

It's been awhile, but today I was able to stop and chat with Paul.  We had a wonderful conversation and Paul was just beaming with joy for the sunshine and the chance to tell me all about life at the shelter.  "New rules," he told me.  "They are ridiculous!"  We laughed about the bureaucratic "villains" we both face in our separate lives.  I am happy to say that Paul really seemed in a much better place than when I last blipped his photo: Here
