Go nuts for doughnuts!

It's a tradition that when I find discounted doughnuts whilst grocery shopping, that I buy loads and bring them to work to share with my colleagues the next day. One of my greatest joys in life is handing around heavily discounted sugary treats to my friends and hearing them excitedly exclaim "9p!"

This batch inspired a lot of discussion about insulin, diabetes and blood sugar levels.

Mine was very tasty!
