Another sunrise - sorry.
Last two nights have been pretty short for me, so I have some serious brain fog at the moment. Last night Niklas' flight was a bit late, so we got home after 1 am and then we had to chat a little bit before going to bed. So it was after 2 am when we went to sleep and I woke up at 6:30. (Well, it's better than 5:30 previous morning.)
Today we've done a bit of shopping for Niklas and since we had to visit 3 shops to get all on the list, it took a lot of the day. Then dog walking, grocery shopping ect... All day in some sort of zombie mode.
Adding to that I've had my back jammed for 2 days now and that has caused a serious headache. I just hope it doesn't evolve to migraine. Construction crew has kept pretty loud noise all day long too. I'm so ready to bed. Just a quick walk with the doggy boys and then it's hello sandman!
On Friday we might - might - be hit by another storm (heavy rains and winds). At the moment it looks pretty good. It won't affect us almost at all, but apparently with this one it has been difficult to forecast how far it will reach. It seems that north and mid Spain will even have snow on the mountain areas. For us the temperatures will drop, but not as drastically as they said yesterday. So definitely it is looking so much better now. They do say (here too) that with the climate change these type of extreme weather phenomenons here will be more frequent.
We've just had the wettest winter on the record in Costa Blanca. And the records date back to something like 1856. The previous winter was the driest in ages. I guess they kind of balance each other out, but extreme is the new name of the "game" (weather). They forecast us warmer and wetter spring than average. We'll see how that turns out.
