Wrist

Most exciting event of the day was my first visit to the physiotherapist, who was very lovely and helpful and told me she doesn't need to see me again, my recovery being sufficiently advanced. She's given me lots more, erm, challenging exercises to do, mind.

I was rather charmed by this chap who was standing behind her chair. His bones are all in good order, as are mine now, in comparison with two months ago.
