Difficult week

It’s been a rather worrying week so far. Our granddaughter Emily complained of ulcers in her mouth and elsewhere plus pain on Sunday and through the day it seemed to get worse. After discussions between Emily’s mum and wife she was taken to A&E. There was nothing obvious so she was admitted and still remains there. Lots of tests are being undertaken and at the moment the medics are looking at an autoimmune disorder. The consultant looking after her has not seen anything like this before so they are relying on support from other hospitals. I spoke to her last night and she sounded quite positive.
Quick blip for today is our Robin and an extra of a Starling.
