March Snow

Still very chilly, but not quite so windy today, so we thought we might manage that walk that was aborted yesterday.  Drove up the Sidlaw Hills and this is the view across to the snowy Grampians.

The walk was to be up Dunsinane Hill (see Extras), well known to fans of Shakespeare's "Macbeth", but, sadly, it didn't happen!  The wind had got up again and would have been much worse at the top of the hill, so it was postponed for a better day.  A pity, as my hip felt much easier today and I really thought I might have managed the climb.
