out for a cycle on the mountain bike before work this morning. Sun was shining. Still didn't make it up the hill without stopping for a breather. Need to keep trying though.

We're supposed to be going to the 30 minute torture session, or express workout as it's known, at the gym this evening but Liam is not feeling too well. In a show of solidarity I have decided not to go either.
